Yet another series win against a team that was one of the top in baseball coming into the series. Texas is 8-2 in their last 10 and have only lost 3 out of 13 games since that 6 game losing streak. They've won each series and played well against some of the best teams baseball has to offer. Still a few too many walks from Darvish, but a good sign nonetheless as he used his fastball more. Next up: an off day on Monday and a continuation of the homestand that includes Seattle and Houston. Now would be a great time to put a stamp on the division and earn some space in the AL West. Engel Beltre is getting his first real shot from the organization, and while it's early, he's helping the outfield in ways that were possibly unexpected by many. More on that later.
