Arencibia Optioned to AAA

The Rangers have apparently seen enough of J.P. Arencibia's lack of offense, as the organization has optioned him to AAA Round Rock and called up Chris Gimenez in his place.

After being the Opening Day starter at catcher, the Rangers appear will move Arencibia and see if Gimenez can offer better production, as his .787 OPS at Round Rock has been enough to earn him a chance at backing up Robinson Chirinos until Geovany Soto returns.
